Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ModuPage (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Commercial Rights & Intellectual Property

This is the most important part for KDP creators:

  • You Own Your Exports: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to the PDF files, puzzles, and books you generate using ModuPage. You are free to sell, distribute, and publish these files on Amazon KDP, Etsy, or other platforms without paying us royalties.
  • We Own The Platform: ModuPage, its code, algorithms, design, and "ModuPage" logo are the exclusive property of FOP Ishchuk Volodymyr Oleksiiovych. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software itself.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
  • To generate content that is illegal, harmful, or hateful.
  • To attempt to crash or flood the Service (DDoS).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ModuPage makes no warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements (e.g., specific Amazon KDP rule changes) or be uninterrupted/ error-free. While we strive for "Vector-Perfect" quality, technical anomalies may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ModuPage, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
