Refund Policy

At ModuPage, we strive to provide the best vector puzzle generation tool on the market. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.
1. General Rule: No Refunds
Since ModuPage provides instant access to software and digital file generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- "Changing your mind" after purchase.
- Finding that the tool doesn't suit your personal taste.
- Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
2. The Exception: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We DO offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase in the following specific cases:
- Technical Failure: The software is broken, fails to generate PDFs, or has critical bugs that our support team cannot fix within a reasonable time.
- Double Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:
- Email us at support@modupage.com.
- Include your Order ID.
- Describe the technical issue and include screenshots if possible.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately via the original payment method.
